After you log in

Once you are logged into your castle account, you have access to your account dashboard, which displays your current balance, recent transactions, and available games. Your dashboard also shows upcoming slot tournaments, live-dealer table schedules, and sportsbook fixtures.

Navigating your account

Our compliance team reviews withdrawal requests during business hours. Once approved, funds move back to your payment method according to that provider's processing speed. We do not charge withdrawal fees, though your bank or payment provider may apply charges.

Game categories and gameplay
